The contract committee is responsible for the development and updating of the delivery contracts intended for the purchase, delivery, installation and commissioning of industrial plants and equipment.
Project groups composed of experts in law, purchasing and technology undertake production of the terms of delivery and contracts.
The following contract types are currently available:
- Terms of delivery for simpler purchases.
- A complete contract for larger and/or more complex purchases.
- Frame contract for service, maintenance and deliveries to a plant.
- Terms of delivery for the purchase of chemicals.
The contracts are available as Word templates on CD, in .pdf as well as on paper.
