Mechanical engineering committee

The Mechanic Committee for mechanical and technical issues is responsible for standardisation and studies in the field of mechanical technology.
Project groups composed of people from the process industry are appointed to conduct various projects.

Documentation in the area of mechanical technology includes:

• Stock shapes.
• Transmissions, belt conveyors, conveyor belts.
• Fastening devices.
• Hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
• Climate technology equipment.
• Seals.
• Pumps, shaft seals.
• Inspection forms and technical specifications for machines.
• Vibrations in machines, lubricating systems.
