SSG Delivery Contract is used to support tendering, purchasing, building, commissioning and delivery of industrial plants. The documents frequently serve as templates to simplify the purchasing process.
EU compatible documents
SSG Delivery Contract is produced in collaboration with experts in the fields of law, purchasing and technology. The current edition of the contract complies with European legislation and simplifies the entire purchasing process, from drawing board to commissioning.
The contract is adapted to the needs of the process industry. It is kept continually up-to-date with EU legislation and regulations. The first edition of the contract was published way back in 1975. Since that time it has evolved to keep pace with new legislation and reflect continuous knowledge and experience feedback from industrial plants and suppliers.
The contract, which is interactive and can be completed directly online, is available in two versions. There is a short version for simpler purchasing and a longer version for more extensive undertakings. There is also a frame contract for either supply equipment, erection and maintence or for maintenance of an existing plant/equipment.
Support for performance oriented procurement
SSG’s document library also contains documents designed specifically for performance oriented procurement. This type of purchasing involves the buyer specifying a given function, in other words, what the system is to deliver in the form of measurable values.
SSG also offers the opportunity to interactively link the small and large Delivery Contract sets to SSG Standards. This allows vital documents to be printed and used as appendices to delivery contracts resulting from the purchasing process.
In the future, all SSG Standards will be accessible in this manner. Local adjustments and updates, if any, will be saved in the user’s log-in profile while the more general updates will be visible directly in the document.
